Woo hoo! We got our ICF accreditation!

Yes, like the title says, after launching North Point Coaching Academy (NPCA) in January this year, we have now had confirmation from the International Coach Federation (ICF) that they have officially accredited the Certificate in Professional Coaching programme.

Phew!

ICF Accredited Coach Specific Training HoursSarah and I have come a long way since dreaming of this in September of 2014. And I, for one, feel confident knowing that what we created is of sufficient quality for ICF to give us their accreditation badge to use.

Below are three things that we hope are of interest to you.

1. Our 4-week introduction to the programme
2. A video on why Sarah and I founded NPCA
3. A request to help us email you only on the topics that matter to you

Firstly and in celebration of gaining accreditation, over the next 4 weeks we’ll be introducing you to the programme and answering each of the following four main questions in turn. I’ll be giving you my attention next week and week 4 and Sarah, in her role as Director of Coaching, will be giving her input for weeks 2 and 3.

Week 1: Why? – What’s good about being a coach and learning with NPCA
Week 2: What? – Key subjects in NPCA Certificate in Professional Coaching
Week 3: How? – The steps to becoming a credentialed coach, the commitment required
Week 4: What if? – Top 10 FAQs

We’d really like week 4 – “What if?” – to speak directly to you. Today, or as each of weeks 1-3 come, send your questions to me at matt@npca.ae and we’ll answer the best 10 questions on the final week.

Secondly, here’s a video that we created to explain why we created NPCA and what our inspirations were.

If you discovered us via another route and would like to be hear more about what we are doing, click the link to the sign up below. We promise to only email you with the topics that you ask us to contact you about.
